In your private therapeutic yoga session, I incorporate yoga's sister science, Ayurveda to help design the best yogic practice around you.
Your Ayurvedic dosha, as well as your particular physical, emotional, spiritual needs and goals will determine your therapeutic practice. All therapy is around the yogic tradition that may include asana, breath, meditation, and relaxation. Based on your particular goals, the therapy may also include daily routine suggestions, dosha balancing food information, as well as other Ayurvedic personal wellness principals.
The initial session will be 90 minutes. Follow-up sessions will be 75 minutes. It is suggested that you commit to 5 follow-up sessions for full benefits.
