Based on Yoga's Pawanmuktasana Series, this very gentle joint releasing class is done completely on the mat (no standing postures), mostly lying with some sitting. Transformation Tuesday Yoga is designed to enlighten your existing yoga practice. Each class will include experiential education on the different aspects of yoga....chakras, nadis (subtle energy vessels), prana vayu (energy movement in the body), koshas, and more through asana, pranayama, mudras, relaxation, and meditation. Restorative Yoga is all about slowing way down, opening your body into passive stretching, while calming your mind. Restorative Yoga is a way of moving you into “patryahara”, withdrawal from the senses and resting in your true self.

I approach yoga therapy with the understanding that all is connected. When one looks for complete healing, one must look at all aspects of the person; lifestyle, diet, physical, mental, and spiritual. Each layer of the being transforms when the other layer transforms.
Yoga therapy is unique, as it offers many easy to learn tools that can be added to your daily routine that work on the various layers together.
