  • Seated

  • Feet firm on floor

  • Palms up

  • Few deep breaths

  • INHALE

  • Raise Arms

  • Hands to Prayer

  • EXHALE to the Heart

  • INHALE

  • Arms up over head

  • Little arch in the back

  • EXHALE

  • Forward fold

  • Hang like a rag doll

  • INHALE

  • Glide hand up legs to top of the knees

  • Push out chest

  • Open throat

  • EXHALE

  • Glide hands down legs

  • INHALE

  • Raise arms and torso

  • Arms over head

  • Little arch in back

  • EXHALE

  • Arms float down

  • Palms up resting on theighs
