Quiz to determine your dosha

The three doshas of Ayurveda—Vata, Pitta and Kapha—affect your health and well-being.

Ayurvedic takes a holistic approach to help the body maintain balance and homeostasis.   This is done by understanding an individual’s dosha.  Dosha is a Sanskrit word that translates to “mind-body constitution”.

Knowing your primary dosha is important in understanding how to attain and maintain good health. It is when we are not in balance, our primary dosha’s “bad side” becomes most present. By understanding this we can bring ourselves back into harmony.

Determine your dosha or prikriti with this quiz.
