"Yoga is the practice of quieting the mind"
Yoga is experiential. Those who practice yoga understand the feeling of mindfulness, peace, inner joy, and clarity. These feelings, along with self discovery and acceptance, continue to bring us back to our yoga practice. Yoga has changed my life and I am blessed to help others along their paths.
I approach yoga therapy with the understanding that all is connected. When one looks for complete healing, one must look at all aspects of the person; lifestyle, diet, physical, mental, and spiritual. Each layer of the being transforms when the other layer transforms.
Yoga therapy is unique, as it offers many easy to learn tools that can be added to your daily routine that work on the various layers together.
Through yoga and quieting the mind, a self-discovery happens. I am here to hold space through this discovery and offer yogic tools to guide you deeper into your innate peace and well-being.
