Private Yoga Session
You may already have a yoga practice and attend classes or you may be new to yoga. A private yoga session will help deepen your existing yoga practice or introduce you to yoga through postural alignment, going deeper into the spiritual aspects of yoga and yogic philosophy, pranayama, mudras, and meditation. I design the experience based on what you want.
Your private yoga practices are designed to enhance your group yoga practices as well as your home practice.
Private Yoga sessions are 75 minutes.
